adoption. If you're wondering what's changed or what new critters
I've added without going through them all, then you're in the right
place! 8/1/07 - *cough* So...almost 5 years later and I have an update. This site has come and gone, imposters have popped up, thefts have occurred, bandwidth has been stolen and I got disillusioned. But I'm older now and realized something; if having some 13 year old take a graphic I made over 10 years ago without permission is the worst thing that can happen to me, then I must be in a pretty good situation. I have more important things on my mind and new help sites and laws over the years have developed so I can shut that 13 year old's website down if I please and get a small hint of joy and great satisfaction at it. All these things considered, I decided to officially reopen The Adoption Page under a new name...as it appears the old one has been stolen along with Realm Arts...I dub this site Cyberpetapalooza! Be sure to read the new rules and check out the new layout, but please don't expect any new adoptables anytime soon, if ever. Maybe one day I'll get the bug, but for now check out my new artwork over on Chrystine.com.  09/08/02 - Beseen killed my guestbook last month, so I finally decided to get a dreambook. So, if you want to sign, go right on ahead. Limited editions have all been sent out, so for those of you who were approved, enjoy! School has started and I don't really have as much time on my hands. I'm going to drop one of my courses so I don't have 18 credits though, so we'll see what happens. Some of you may know that I have over 400 critters hiding in my files and folders on my computer and on paper at home, it's coloring that takes such a long time. If there are any volunteers that have nothing better to do, feel free to email me. :) 08/10/02 - Sent out the Limited Edition critters a few days ago and I've got the next clutch ready to go on the 12th. I fixed some broken links, and made a few tweaks here and there but nothing huge. I mostly have been doing work on Elegant Arts, I did a small revamp on Realm Arts, and did tweaking on many other sites that I've been working on. Aside from my older sister's site, those are pretty well all finished (thank god). You probably won't see any new critters here for a while, but when school starts I'll have the need to get my mind off of homework and I'll start making them again. So, until then, keep your eyes on the Limited Editions and we'll see what happens. 07/04/02 - I'm going to be at work for the next two weeks, so I won't be around to do order forms or answer questions. I'll do what I can when I get back. So, if you don't get an immediate response, now you know why :) 06/27/02 - Whee! I'm back! Well, sort of. My computer still isn't hooked to the internet so I'm using my sister's laptop and cable modem line. It does make editing a hassle since all of my files are on my computer upstairs. Well, I'll get to that soon. For now though, I finally got the Limited Editions section up and running! There's a whole bunch of new critters for you to adopt, but only a few of them are allowed to be adopted per month. Beware of Beniko's entrance pages, they're tricky, just be sure to READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS and you'll get in fine. With the limited editions on I've updated the FAQ section to deal with them, if you have any questions, check there first. As always I'm hoping to add a bunch more creatures to these pages, so keep an eye out for them! 04/30/02 - Okay, so that FTP program didn't last all that long. But, hey, I'm back in the States now! Unfortunately (or fortunately for me) I'm heading off to Florida for 2 weeks to relax after my Japan trip. So, I just fixed a couple of things and now I'll be gone. When I get back though I'll update the site alot so just be patient! See you later! 01/16/02 - Okay, so it's been raining for the last 2 days, and I've got nothing to do. So, web page work it is! I have 10 new critters (species, not already existing types) to work on that have come from the dark recesses of my mind. Some of them are pretty awesome, so look forward to them. I also added a new Fishperson, Scoogle, and Gryphon and fixed those last Uchyus. I also deleted the Coming Soon section, I needed to free up some space! Maybe I'll get a geocities site or something soley for those or something. We'll see. I also cleaned up my computer files a bit. I had so much stuff there I was having trouble keeping track of everything. 01/15/02 - I finally found a FTP program that can get past the firewall on the network here in Japan. So, that being said, I made and posted a new Uchyu for you all to adopt. Enjoy! 12/26/01 - I've added a new Goblin, Mermaid, and Dragon for you to adopt. This will probably be the last major update until the end of April. I'm leaving next Thursday to go to Japan for 4 months. Until then, Enjoy! =^_^= 12/20/01 - Merry Christmas! I've posted the new Christmas Critters for everyone to adopt! I hope you like Holly and the Dragon Siblings. And I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas/Hanukkah/Solstice/etc! 12/13/01 - Ah, what a way to put off studying for exams. Merry Christmas! I added the new opening graphic featuring SilverBell, the Christmas faery. Please do not take this graphic, I'll be making some Christmas critters and posting them for you to take soon =^_^= 12/12/01 - Added three more Zodiac critters: Aquarius, Saggitarius, and Leo. I'm working on the others ;) The Christmas adoptable has been drawn, I just gotta find the time to color it in and post it up. It's finals this week, I've already taken 2 and my last one is tomorrow (woo-hoo!). So far so good. Anyways, Enjoy! 11/27/01 - Yay, it's my birthday (and there was much rejoicing *yay*). I'm 20 now...a sophmore in college, over a 3.5 GPA, heading out to Japan in January for 4 months, have jobs lined up for when I get back...I think I'm doing pretty good =) 11/25/01 - Well, I'm sick today. So, since I'm stuck at home anyways I thought I'd update the page. I added a new Dragon, Faery AND Centaur for you all to adopt. I hope you like them. Also fixed a few other links and such that were brought to my attention. Thanks =) Anyways, enjoy the new critters! 11/04/01 - Hope you all had fun trick-or-treating and watching scary shows last week. I know I did. Mwa ha ha! I'm nearly 20 years old and I still go trick-or-treating...you're never too old to have fun folks! Anyways, No real big updates right now. I got rid of the Halloween graphic on the index page. I have some critters ready to be put up, but I need to do some page cleanups (I've found some broken link and direction errors on some pages) first. I'm also going to create an Archive section for old graphics and special sections (i.e. the 9-11 section, Halloween graphics, etc.) Sort of a 'everything else goes here' thing. Until then, follow the rules and have fun! 10/25/01 - Happy Halloween! How do you like the Halloween look on the opening page? ;) I was gonna make the whole page a halloween setup, but when I sat down to do it I realized it would take forever! Oh well. Please do not use the candycorn background or the opening graphic. I made them both and would like to keep them to myself so my page is a bit unique from everyone elses. Plus they're mine ;) Sorry though, I won't have a holiday critter this year...I don't have time with all these tests coming up. There will be a Thanksgiving and Christmas adoptable though! Have a fun and safe Halloween! 10/07/01 - Updated the Coming Soon section with yet more pictures I've doodled over the last month. Changed the Awards section a bit, and got rid of some non-working links (the limited edition, and dates section...I don't think I'll be getting to those anytime soon). I'm dropping one of my classes, so I'll probably have a little bit more time on my hands now (yay!), but I'm also preparing to go to Japan in January so I'll still be busy {Yippie!}. I can't wait. Oh, I also updated the FAQ section a bit, but if there is something you need that isn't covered there then feel free to drop me a line for any comments or questions. 09-16-01 - United We Stand. I've added an image dedicated to the massacre that occured on 9-11-01. This graphic is free for distribution among sites. It is also on my opening page of this site. Please visit the new 9-11-01 Section for more information. 09-13-01 - Hyatt and Nabeshin have been posted in the Anime Excel Saga section. Enjoy. 09-11-01 - Words just can't describe the terrible things that happened today. Thousands of innocent people were brutally murdered by madmen, and there is no excuse or escape for whoever did it. However, while most of us are focused on the shock and feelings of anger and revenge, or trying to learn the facts of these atrocities, please do not forget about the victims and their families. If you are able to, please contact the nearest Red Cross and donate blood. If you can't now, do so later, the demand will be there for weeks to come. If you are not able to give blood at all, please call 1-800-HELP-NOW and make a donation in the form of a check for any amount of money as I have. Help is needed from everyone. 09-09-01 - I posted two more Zodiak critters...Libra and Pisces =) Enjoy! 09-07-01 - Howdies! I've updated the 'Coming Soon' section with a few more sketches I've drawn over the last few days =) I also added the 'Cancer' to the Zodiak critters site. I hope you like them =^_^= I doubt I'll be getting the Limited Edition section up any time soon, so don't hold your breath. School just started up again and I'm taking some hard classes this semester. I may not have much time to work on it =) 09-06-01 - Okay, there seems to be some confusion. This site is now an OPEN ADOPTION. You don't have to fill out any forms or anything, just save the picture to your own harddrive and upload it to your own server and that's it =D It's official. I don't really have a certificate or anything for you...I guess I could make some simple graphics and put it in the "Link to Me" section. We'll see. 08/29/01 - The site is now online! Some of the sections haven't been completely filled up yet. Stay tuned to this section to find out when new things are added and updated! Happy Adopting! 07/01/01 - Added the little 'Goodbye' dragon at the bottom of the index2.html page =^_^= I thought he was cute! Please don't take him from the site without my permission though =)
