Shipping
Once I receive your order, it will be shipped in 7-10 days or I will let you know otherwise.
Shipping is standard ground and the same amount for shipping/handling applies per item no matter how many items are ordered. They will all be shipped using the USPS. If you wish faster service, please contact me in an email.
Please read instructions for opening your print on the outside AND inside of packaging. Please do not open the package if there is damage on the outside of it – take a picture and call me first so that I can initiate an insurance claim and get instructions from the USPS.
Each print is made carefully by an experienced printer. It is then packaged by me with care. When opening the package, DO NOT touch the image, only the border. If you are not familiar with giclée prints, they are delicate and can be easily damaged by water, oil from your hands (washing first is a good idea!) and direct sunlight (over time). So in order to make them last, care must be taken. These prints are not like your family photos! and must be treated with care so they will last a lifetime (or 2)!
Returns:
Because of the archival quality of the prints I do not exchange them unless they have been damaged in shipping, so be very careful to order ones you really like. I carefully inspect prints before I pack them so I know they are up to my standards.
