Description
The rolling hills of The Palouse of eastern Washington, western Idaho (and some say a little bit of Oregon) are a 4,000 square mile farmland area where glacier activity created this unique, highly photographic, landscape. From the road there are many interesting views of various hills in different stages of cultivation. But from the several buttes that you can drive or hike up the views are spectacular, especially early and late in the day.
